Do you ship overseas?

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Processed orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How much should I apply?
You only need 1 dip for both eyes. Wipe off any excess product from the wand before applying, then apply a thin line just above your upper lash line on clean, dry skin just like eyeliner. Wait 2-3 minutes for serum to dry before applying skincare, makeup, touching your eyes, or laying down.
Is it safe to use with eyelash extensions?
YES! Our lash treatments are oil-free and safe to use with extensions and strip lashes.
How long before I see results?
Results vary for everyone, due to differences in lash cycles. While some individuals may see results within a week, others might require 8 - 12 weeks. On average, results begin within 3 - 6 weeks.
What should I do if I get the product in my eye?
Immediately rinse thoroughly with cool water to completely remove the cosmetic serum from the eye.
Can I use the serum more than once a day?
We recommend applying the lash serum once daily, either in the evening or the morning. While applying the serum both day and night is not harmful, it will not accelerate results, and likely result in a shorter lifespan for your serum.
Can I use the serum while wearing contact lenses?
We recommend removing your contact lens prior to applying the serum before bed or please consult your optometrist.
Can I return my order?
novalash will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of being delivered; no refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged.

Don't do multiple applications or double dips. Using more than instructed will not give you quicker results. One dip into the bottle is enough for both eyes. Patch testing is always recommended prior to use. You should also only use NovaLash eyelash serum under the supervision of your doctor if you are being treated for an eye disease. Keep out of reach of children. We recommend that you wash your hands and face with mild soap and water before use.
